Since I want one, and will get one, I have to say Snake Eyes. There's something about the aggressive looks of large caliber snubbies that tilts the EKG monitor. That combined with the gambling theme of the display just rounds out the perfect package.
I like my "non-specific" collection. One each of the following: 6" nickel Python, 6" Trooper Mark III 22Mag, 6" Trooper Mark III 357Mag, 6" Police Positive Special, 6" Anaconda, 2" Detective Special, and 2011 Gold Cup Trophy. As of today I consider my collection complete, unless.............. I come across another one r-e-e-a-a-l cheap.
Mine is not a set, but a single. My grail is the Python Silver Snake. Due to the rarity, and that it was made in 1983, the year I was born. One day, one day.......
Academic really, as I can't have any! :bang_wall: But if I could it would doubtless be single action. These modern things all look the same (ducks below parapet to avoid the flack).
I think I might have to take my Sheriff's set. For those of you who have not seen the Sherrif set in person, you should! The Case is Massive, it's 3'x3'! Holds the guns in a circle and to mix things up Colt finished the guns in Royal Blue! It is quite the spectical.
I'm not really in to special editions/comemeratives, but I wouldn't mind having all the Colt Kansas Cowtown series, Ft. series and Kansas Trail series. Also the Duke SAA to go along with my other John Waynes.
