[what would you say]

Welcome to the forum. I don't own a 3rd gen, but just before and during the holidays I began researching the signature series while thinking bout buying one either online or local. There we one local and that's what stirred me into it. I noticed that the nickel flaking was mentioned in several listing on otherwise mint guns. I deduced then that it must be a common issue.

.. But I don't know the explanation or cause behind the effect.
