I just received a flyer from Rock Island Auctions promoting an upcoming sale and I was surprised to see Jerry Bowe's collection of second generation percussion pistols is for sale. Does anyone know Jerry? I met him a couple of times at the CCA show and found him a great guy.

I don't know Jerry, but there are some really fine Colt second gen percussion pistols up for sale in the upcoming auction. I spent quite a while yesterday looking at some of them.
