Hi guys, I have 3 early 1911 2 tone mags . Hope someone can help with value. Using the the guide book by J.C Harrison.
#1 Has a loop similar to page 19 bottom left illustration Colt?
#2 has a loop with folded bottom page 20 top right SA& Rem -UMC ?
#3 no loop page 20 bottom illustration. Rem-UMC?
All 3 well used but the lower blue is well defined. Sorry no pics.. any approximate value would be appriciated

What if we don't have J.C. Harrison's book?

The first two shown are the early two tone magazines with the exposed base.

The next photo is of the "Keyhole" magazine made after the exposed base magazines. The next variation did not have the keyhole.

Sorry the book was my only reference. It shows various mags.. No cutouts..

Sounds like the later style lanyard loop magazines.

Is this what Harrison refers to as the folded base magazines? If so they are Springfield Armory, but not Remington-UMC.

Thanks for the help. Im looking for value? There are some on Ebay, the prices are pretty varied ..
