Has anyone tried tha MASC brand belt holster for Single actions? Information says they are made in Turkey, and are “treated with safe chemicals”. I don’t know if that statement can include vegetable tanning or not. I’m looking for a belt holster for my single action, so I thought I’d check with the most informed on single actions and their accessory items.
Thanks
Jim

My go-to holster maker has been Mike "Doc" Barranti. I have several from him and have been thoroughly saisfied. Not only is he a skilled leather worker, but knows his guns, too.

From Barranti:

Thanks guys. Just say that wet formed holster ad, and liked it’s look. It will be for trousers belt use. I’ve used a Bianchi small SA #1 to comfortably carry my .22 Peacemaker around on my belt for over 30 years in the field. Don’t like those being made in Mexico now, so am looking for a replacement for 4 3/4 .45 single action. Will be looking at holstermakers like Barranti and Reddog who made my western rigs. Any suggestions from personal experiaces about other alternatives?
Thanks,
Jim
