I am looking for a Colt lower receiver that specificity says match target on it. I have a like new MT 6700 upper and want to have a matching Colt upper and lower, I no any lower will work however, my OCD will not allow it. I would prefer the lower to be striped but a complete one would be fine.

If you want it to specifically match that upper, you want the lower to say: Match Target Competition HBAR. Like this:

Yes your right thank you my mistake. I may sell the upper and start over but i thought i would give it a try and look for a lower. There were two complete rifles at the gun show last week for $1100, i only have about $650 in the upper so i am good even if the lower is a little pricey. Just have to get past the wife.

If you find a match target lower, they usually run $500-$650. Complete rifles from $800-$1100. Unless you get a great deal, the complete rifle is usually the cheaper way to go. It's a tough call, if the upper is nice, a little extra cost won't matter if your happy with it.
