I have a 1908 380 Hammerless Pocket Automatic in blue, wood grips w/ medallions and 3 clips. The s/n is 86xxx, indicating it was made in 1927 and I notice that the bluing is a grayish blue, not deep blue.
Is this typical from that era?

Great little gun, shoots straight and reliably. I could imagine these were prefered by 20's & 30's bad guys as concealed heat.
