Well please don't yell at me as it is not an ELMER COLT

BUT Elmer was rumored to receive all the #15 guns from RUGER..... this is the 41 mag # 15.....also have # 14....

The Ruger Factory letters says the records were lost in "the flood".....they use that excuse a lot.....so I can't get it verified from the factory...
