New 1911 questions

Hello all, I just purchased a used 1911 series 80 government mkiv in stainless steel SN SS042XX. It came with both wood and pachmayr rubber grips and also 2 mags no box. Can someone help me with manufacture date and tell me if I paid too much? I paid 450 OTD pictures added

If the slide is Colt ? If the receiver is Colt ? If the barrel is Colt ? If none of the three got dragged behind a moving vehicle? We can stop right there and say YES; you got 450 dollars worth.
If you got any parts and pieces beyond that, then you still owe some more money !
