Seriously, that appears to be in such nice condition it makes you wonder if it is a modern repro. I'm certainly not saying or hinting that it is. Just commenting on the very nice condition.

Answers to some of the questions. It is smoothbore and will probably use a .625 ball. It is original and has a name of an owner on it. There are two individuals with the name that were in the Royal Navy at that time. I think it could make a great carry gun with the short barrel and the belt clip, probably would have a high intimidation factor.

Indeed, it is a good size for Carry. And would have a definite intimidation factor in Daylight and close enough up to look into that Bore!
