Very nice! Please give us a range report.

The original stocks on the Gold Cups may be practical, but they sure are "you-gly". Nice change.

Really nice!! I know you will enjoy it. When I got mine in 2011 it would have a few FTF's but the more I ran through it, the smoother and less "hang-uppy" it got. After about 400 rounds, it is really smooth and dependable. As a matter of fact, it is my favorite range gun. I just hate huntin' up brass after finishing with my shootin', With my revolver I just have to dump the spent brass into my empty hand and to my jeans pocket. Enjoy!

The grips are always the first to go . I did just as you did but i went with rosewood. I bought my GCT four months ago. It is one accurate 1911 and a pleasure to shoot!

Very nice, congratulations. I'm partial to wood stocks but both standard wraparound and wood look great on that gun!
