Hi, there: Name's Jack, Handle is streetcar. I just retired in May, after 43 years in Law Enforcement in Colorado and New Mexico. I think that much time in one kind of profession just has to be like overkill, or underkill, kinda like trying to jump out of a ten story window, but somebody keeps pulling you back in. Do you thank them or shoot them?
Anyway I bought a Colt 1911 .45 series 70 in 1972 for $192.00 I've been in love with it ever since.
It saved my life 5 times during my career. thanks and I hope to speak with other members at any time.
