Well, I said I would make new stocks for my bargain find 1928 Colt PPS, which wore really worn out wood with all the checkering gone.
So here are my new Dymondwood stocks. Nothing on them, just polished. They feel terrific in hand. Hope you like them. I know some will feel the originals were, "honest wear and authentic", but they were more like bald tires on a nice old classic car. Now to take it out and shoot it.

That's the ticket, go rub some sweat into them. Guns aren't happy if they don't get used.

Very nice work indeed. Just abit of time and wear and they'll look like they've been on that nice little revolver from the start.

Good fit to frame and back strap. Looks really great. If one looks at the revolver with his eyes a bit out of focus it looks like a mini-Model 1917.
