My question to the forum is, what does it mean to be liked and how does one issue a like to the forum?

It means you agree or like that particular post. The like button can be found at the bottom right of each post. It looks like a set of " with a + sign beside it. Once you pick on it you will see a "like" or "share" pick. Pick the one you want.

jbwine: Check out the number of likes Colt-SL has earned. Great forum member who provides lots of help and assistance to all forum members. Good opportunity for you to give him a "like". I am certain that Parrisjr would also enjoy a "like" tap.

Well....... it works like this.

I like the fact that you joined the Colt Forum. I also liked the fact that you jumped right on in and asked a question. So, for those two things that I liked, I bumped you from 2 likes to 3. Isn't that great?

An excellent question, JB. Probably one that many other members are/were wondering about and how to go about asking or even whether to ask. I use them judiciously, but unsparingly as well. So much to "Like" here at the Forum. I'd say you got some straight-up info here!
