What is the best/safest way to clean up bright nickel? I have a Python with very faint staining/discolorations on the finish. Besides that, the finish is almost perfect, so I want to be careful. Any suggestions?

Flitz polish is the best you can use on nickel. My Python finish was so bad that I was sure I was looking at a re-nickel. The finish now looks awesome.

I've had good luck with a product called "MAAS"...I found it at Wal-mart next to the silver polish. I tried it out on my High-Standard Sentinel Deluxe which was looking pretty rough, and now it looks like new. I have used Flitz, and while it is great stuff, it's a lot harder to find.

Do you recommend the liquid or paste form for nickel plated revolvers?
