Those are advertised as the thin head stock screws. The early 1911 had a thin head stock screw with a shallow screwdriver slot. The shallow screwdriver slot was easy to bugger up, so the head of the screws were made thicker with a deeper slot. This required that the bushings be shortened and the stocks drilled a bit deeper. If the screws are the thin head variety they may sit a bit deeper in the stocks, and be sure they don't stick out into the magazine well.
