Here is my Colt Officers Model. I call it "Officer Snappy".

It has had the following work done:

Barsto Barrel
Kings recoil system and bushing
Ed Brown beavertail
Ed Brown thumb safety
Wilson MSH
Videcki Trigger
Novak 3 dot sights
Stippled front strap & under trigger guard
Black T slide
Re-annodize frame
Reliability pkg
Dehorn pistol complete

Nice clean piece! You are definitely ready to rock & roll!

An Officer's is the only 1911 style I don't have. I may start looking for one now.

I thought I liked it when you posted the 1st pictures. But I like it even better in the dress whites!

Was wondering what the total cost was.Nice looking for sure.But does it shoot??Just kidding,I'm sure it will last you your lifetime.CONGRATS.

The work was around 900. A lot of dough, for sure, but I'd now put it up against anything compact from Baer, Brown, Wilson, and other high end makers, and they would have cost more.

And oh yeah, it SHOOTS! And carries like a dream. No failures of any kind, recoil is very managable, and the trigger is fantastic.
