Trying to locate an ejector rod head for my Officers Model Special 22LR. Thanks for any ideas!

You'll have to call to check availability.
Note that ejector rod head threads did change so you need to be specific about the model.
However, Colt used the same heads for other models like the Official Police, original Trooper, other Officer's Models, etc.
If you get a head from the same time frame it will be correct.

DFariswheel--Thanks for the come-back. I'll check with these sources.

Serial # is 61398; ColtParts lists an ejector rod head for an Officers Model Match (part # 50348) that might do the trick, if mine is the same era. We'll see what the search turns up.

Sure appreciate the help!
I'm not sure when Colt changed the ejector rod head thread size, but the Officer's Model Special was made from 1949 to 1952.
It was replaced by the Officer's Model Match, made from 1953 to 1969.

I'm reasonably certain the OMS had the old style thread size.
