I agree. The photographs aren’t good enough to be 100% certain, but just from these photographs alone, I would be extremely skeptical based on the blued hammer and ejector rod head. It doesn’t fit in, looks extremely odd, and I’ve never seen another engraved Single Action Army of similar configuration.
