Police hammerless is what I do, but you know that.
Nothing new for awhile.
I couple of PDNY pistols slipped by over the month.
There are lots of them out there, 821 so they show up often.
But this one found me. It happens.
When friends know it is what you like,
sometimes you win without even playing the game.

Two big shows I skipped recently, OGCA and the Local Medina, Ohio show.
In fact they were both on the same weekend.
Usually a twofer for me, one Saturday the other Sunday.
I did not go to either...
but Karma Got me.

so a lonely PDNY hammerless walked into the Medina show
Saturday on the cheaps. This was brought to the attention of
a friend whom was at the OGCA. Apparently no one at Medina
had any interest in it. A quick call to me from my OGCA contact
and a call back to his Medina contact and it was mine.
Hammerless Karma at work. And so it goes.

M1908 380 16542 PDNY No-167 1914.

Not much finish left, but all original. Nice Historical addition.

Saw this over on the other thread.
In such a crowded market, and with such intense interest in certain particular things, it is more than simple coincidence that scarce weird old relics fall out of the sky into your lap.
You do recall the plea that was issued for a set of original Shanghai PD wood? Of course you do. And you also recall the relative instantaneous acquisition that followed, now don't you?
Well, friend....It ain't luck and it ain't no coincidence... It is magic. Prove that it isn't.
One man's coincidence is another man's circumstantial evidence. An' dat's a fac'.

ps. I have a nice bag of that magic dust from you-know- where. It has actually played a role in the acquisition of 2 model Ms recently.

Karma is as Karma does. Firm Believer.

When you win without playing, That is Karma on the rebound. Love it!

Great historic piece that will keep on giving. It would be nice to know who the person was that carried, how long they worked and what rank they obtained.

A hammerless only a mother could love.
I must be a Mother...

ei8ht, why is it so white? It looks like oxidized aluminum not steel.
Last photos are B&W.
Must have been cleaned with steelwool?
