I believe they are all 3rd gen. The two without checkering are obviously Colt, I am unsure about the checkered ones. Anyone tell me i I am correct on the model and whether they have any value? TIA

Well I suppose pictures would have helped, sorry guys brain fart....Obviously the 150 grips are 1986 after talking to the guy I got them from they were all on the same gun at one time so that question is answered

I doubt they came from Colt but I am waiting to hear from the experts, now that i actually posted pictures. I do not have any third gen saa's but may have to get one for the grips

Chaosrob,
I'm pretty sure the checkered ones are custom checkered, and it looks like a very nice job! However, I hate to see you spend money on buying another gun just to put grips on!:bang_wall: I can save you a bundle by buying those grips from you to remove the temptation:D I especially would like to have the plain uncheckered walnut, I have been looking for a pair like that for one of my 3rd gen guns:)

Elliot,
Thank you, but I have a 1st and second gen here, just no third. I am assuming they are all third since they were all on the same colt at one time and I know the 150th date from '86. Very generous offer though, and we still need to get together. Any new SAA's for sale? :)
