Yes, I admit to being a pipesmoker (the slower form of cancer). Too much time with other entomologists. A few nice old Charatans, Barlings and and my favorite fishing/shooting pipe, a very beat up old Comoy.

I was fishing part of the Teton River just outside Choteau, Montana and hooked up a monster brown trout, got so excited I opened my mouth and dropped a really sweet Larsen into very swift current. It was almost worth the loss, almost.......

Ben Wades and Charatans were made by the very same folks, very nice briar. I was into collecting pipes before I was into collecting Colts. I've never plunged for a Dunhill either, course I haven't plunged for a Shooting Master or New Service yet so maybe someday!
