Register first, it's free.
You upload the picture to the host, then copy the IMG to a posted message here.
On photobucket, after you load the picture, it will show the picture with a url, tag, and img box below it.
Just copy the info in the img box into a post here, and the picture will be in the post.
This is so simple, even a PC dinosaur like me can do it.
