I did something today that I havn't done in a looooong time. I found a Python that spoke to me while I was in Dallas on business this week, well you know how it is. Its been shipped /received by my LGS already and I will pick it up tomorrow. I feel like a kid in a candy store!! The last Snake I bought was in 1989 a 4" barreled /Blued ...that one was a 1971 vintage. Goin to the desert this weekend to put some lead down range....OOOOOOH YEAH!!

Well......Here it is with my first Python. 4in I bought in 89 and my newest addition the 2.5 in. The 4 is a shooter as will the 2.5 inch. I really enjoy shooting these and love the conversations that sometimes arise while at the range. The LGS owner made an offer to me today when I picked it up, which of course I respectively declined. Its range time tomorrow with the Snakes, cant wait!! Both are 70s vintage.

The stocks on the 4 inch are from the Colt Custom Shop, I still have the originals but prefer the dark wood.

Thanks Primer88, Ill be in the desert east of Gilbert , Florence Junction. Ive been past Ben Avery a few times but never shot there. My closest " Range " is Rio Salado.
