Hello,

What is the full job of the python hand assembly #SP50487?

It turns the cylinder when the hammer goes back until the cylinder locks with the bolt.

Does it have a part in role of locking the cylinder during the trigger pull (after the cylinder is locked by the bolt)

The hand:
Rotates the cylinder.

Forces the cylinder into tight lockup when the trigger is pulled and holds it there.

Prevents the cylinder from being opened when the hammer is cocked.

Prevents the cylinder release from moving back when the hammer is cocked.

Prevents the cylinder from being CLOSED if the hammer is cocked.

Positions the rebound lever.
