A local dealer has taken in a Texas Longhorn Arms South Texas Army revolver as part of an estate. The gun is full blue with 4 3/4 inch barrel in .45 Colt and in unfired condition. I know these were finely made sixguns only made in limited numbers. While we can find examples of the Grover’s Improved Number 5 model, we can find nothing on the South Texas Army model to give some idea of an appropriate price. If anyone can share some insight, it would be appreciated. The Blue Book is of little help.
