So I posted when I first picked up this LNIB 6" peacemaker. Got to the range yesterday and had a blast. Gun shoots about 1.7" groups with the ammo it liked best from a rest. Also able to hit 8" steels at 100 yards with a slight right hold. That leads me to the question: I did not notice when I bought the gun that the front sight blade is rotated slightly to the right. Not bent, it's vertical but with a slight rightward lean. Since the gun shoots a little LEFT, could this have been a factory adjustment to compensate or is it just 1970's quality control?

My 6 inch Colt Peacemaker 22 shoots a little to the left, also.

If the front sight is to the right, that is why the POI is to the left. You move front sights towards the bullet hole, opposite of the way you want the POI to move.
