The price should be in their online Custom Shop Catalog, but off the top of my head it's in the $350-400 area, plus shipping both ways and if it needs any repairs to the lockwork upon dissasembly.
Depending on how bad it was "deglossed", you might be able to polish the nickel back to bright.
