Hey all:

Who out there is making good S&W wood grips with proper medallions?

Specifically looking for good copies of classic S&W styles. Obviously I have Google too but I’d prefer to hear from those that have had some positive experiences.

Thanks-

Because often a proper S&W grip from the eras I’m interested in are beat up and sell for half the cost of what I paid for my guns.

Did someone piss in all of your coffees today?

N-frame round butt combats like on my original 610 no dash 5 and 6.5” (both of which I sold, idiotically, years ago) are what I’m hoping to find. But with the S&W medallion in that classic style like you see in the photos above. Anyway, thanks or your ideas.

I’ve been on the Culina waiting list for a few years for a set of Python grips. They’re super nice to deal with, but they had a major setback with some equipment failures and are really far behind.

Clearly there is a market out there for quality revolver grips that exceeds the capacity of those making them to supply. Ahrends closing shop really hurt.
