Check finished auctions on GBroker. I would guess about 2K. I’d like one myself but I live in a small place with a small handgun type safe and it won’t fit. 😆 Pete

There are {4 ) 2nd gen Buntlines on Guns International. I looked for a year before I found mine this year, a '58. They are slow movers. I can't put mine down.

 

Handling a Colt Buntline always puts a smile on my face. I'm waiting for the flag that reads BANG to pop out of the barrel. They are fun to shoot with that 12" barrel.

 

At the Colt show last year, there was one in similar condition with original grips for $1950. I was tempted but, had already spent my allowance.

 

That’s a prime year for one of these. Probably a fixed firing pin, too. I’m no expert on this but I think the grips are from a 2nd Gen New Frontier with those really nice silver medallions.
