I know I'm a piker compared to a lot (or most) of you guys, but I do like Ivory handled SAA's. Here's my modest sampling, from top to bottom:

Top: Custom shop 3rd gen .44-40 Blk pwdr frame from I'm guessing early '80's.
Next two: Consectevly #'d Custom shop 3rd gen .44-40's from about 7 years ago.
1st gen 92xxx converted to .38 spec
1st gen 158xxx converted to .38 spec
1st gen 27xxx .45
1st gen 25xxx .45

Dang! I wish I was just a "piker". Very, very nice collection.

Well now Chaffee, if that's a piker, I'd sure like to see a well heeled SAA Ivory collection!
Thanks for sharing.

Beautiful SAA's! I have several with ivories as well. I think ivory is the best stock material. It mellows with age providing a lot of character. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks to all for the kind replies. I've decided that from now on, I'll only buy SAA's with Ivory or Eagle HRs. I've plenty of wood and no-eagle HR. 1st Gens of course.
