There is no web site with info like that.
Colt factory may be able to letter it for you, but I'm not sure they have records on black powder that go back that far, but if they do, It will cost you $100 to find out.
There is also some info in the Blue Book on them, but you would need to know what kind of gun you have and serial numbers.

I recently got handed down an antique black powder revolver (.44 cal. Colt). I think it was made between 1860-70. Does anyone know how I can find information on who was the original owner? Is there a web site I can use?
