Purchased this black powder Colt Clone from Belgium stamped "Texas Ranger for 38 S&W Springfield Mass" Based on stamps it's made pre 1900
Extractor and shroud are missing but bone grips are nice and action works properly. If anybody got similar revolvers pls post picture here

These flooded the American markets in the 20's and beyond.

Just so you know - parts will 'not' exchange with an actual Colt Lightning - many, many have been purchased by C&WAS guys trying to repair their originals and found this out the hard way.

I know this is an older post, but I recently bought a Belgium Colt clone. It is the same stamp, the side barrel "Texas Ranger " on the top of the barrel it is stamped
For 38 colts special ctgs. Mine is also missing the ejector unit, I am trying to make one out of a Ruger ejector it does not quite fit but some cutting and filing and it should work. The barrel is pretty clean with some rifling and shiny. I have put some primed cases through it and they go bang so I put one snake shot round and it did very well.
I hope to get to fire some light reloads through it soon, it will never be a more than occasional one or two shot gun but fun to let it get some exercise after all these years.
