The thing that I don't get is "This is a Military Base". On duty soldiers should have sidearms." If this were the case those shooters would have been dispatched quickly with minimal loss of life. How a "consultant" can get anywhere in a military base armed totally defies logic.It seems as if base security is being done ineffectively and "on the cheap".Screw whether Clinton or Obama is responsible,find out the deficency and correct it now.....JMHO.
