I have a colt cobra 38. revolver..not a big deal right?..well i have seen a few out there but none like mine...the ones that are like mine are blued and mine is nickel plated..and the horse symbol on mine is at the end of the gun and the ones ive seen are under the cyl release button...i cant find one like mine...is it rarer than the others or am i not looking hard enough

Not sure what you mean by "at the end of the gun". Mine all have the rampant Colt just forward of the rear sideplate screw. Cobras were available with factory nickel finish, but not sure what the total numbers might be.

The Cobra's are always nice and nickel is always nicer, I think! (I didn't know 'till this week, from the History Channel, that Jack Ruby shot Oswald with a Cobra! 2" blue, .38 spcl.)

I GOT IT....ITS A 1965 COLT COBRA 38. NICKEL PLATED...ITS MINT...HAD TO CALL COLT AND GIVE SER NUMBER TO GET INFO..THEY ARE SOMEWHAT RARE FROM WHAT I HEAR...ANYONE NO MORE ABOUT THIS GUN...SUCH AS VALUE....THANKS...
