good morning , i have a chance to buy a two tone offical police ,two tone meaning the cylinder indentions and the back strap being a diffent color than the blueing on the rest of the pistol , are these worth any more than a regelar Op ? please advise rj

The two tone finishes were a feature of the early 1950's guns.

They have no value over the full polish guns, and often have less, since most people today have never seen them, and think they're some kind of re-blue or factory "second".

I got my "357" at a deal because the seller had a low rating of the finish. When I opened the shipping carton I saw it was just the two tone finish. Most people just don't know it was a factory finish.
