Not sure what you mean by a Colt Lady -- perhaps a hood ornament?
A picture would help the experts on the forum to help you.

Just before Colt stopped making DA revolvers years ago, they made a highly polished DS with a bobbed hammer that was marketed to female shooters. COlt has never said how any were made, but many estimates say only several hundred.

I've seen them advertised from $3,000 to $4,000 USD.

Sorry for the confusion I'ts a Lady Colt not a Colt Lady. This is a semi auto .380 I believe to be a Colt Mustang. The pistol is blued with gold leaf on the slide. I don't have any pictures yet.

Even if you found it in the blue book, it's really just a guide on discontinued Colts. To answer your question best, one simply goes to completed auctions and current bidding on gun broker. Remember a high listed price with no bids is not an accurate example of worth.

The completed auctions on gun broker are usually what I check first. Unfortunately none of these show up in that search.
