Your revolver has been heavily buffed, and from the photos, more probably wire brushed, to remove rust. It doesn't look to have been refinished. It may have been rubbed down with cold blue after the rough cleaning. The grips are incorrect and for the later Colt Commando Model.

I'm afraid that in its condition the gun has no collector value. If the bore is in reasonable condition, and function and timing are correct, it may bring a couple hundred dollars from the right buyer looking for a shooter or "truck gun".
