Those are nice holsters but that flat top front sight would tear them up. A Berns-Martin is the only holster I'd ever use but they are very difficult to find for a Colt SAA and I sure wouldn't know how to make one.That looks like on old Berns-Martain Speed Holster? Haven't see one of those in years.
However, I prefer the gun be more exposed. Here's two of my pet holsters:
