i have the mags,70 s-slide,extractor,14.0 load rated recoil spring, firing pin + spring,strike plate and barrel/bushing...now my big question is do i need to change out the ejector on my reciever? ...and i heard the ramp is different between the two calibers....i am using a 1965 natinal match reciever that was 45....thanks,

i lo IMAG5605.jpg here is the ejector on my 1968 38 super and it looks short like the 45 acp...the one i got at the gun show yesterday has a long arm extending out...wth? i think i am done trying to get this together(as told by many) i am selling it and buying a colt 1911 38 super..anyone here selling one?

I'm thinking you need a longer ejector on a 9mm because it's a shorter case. Is not the .38 Super about the same lenght as the .45 ACP?
