An arsenal rebuild will normally be a mix of parts. When the pistols came in they were torn down, salvageable parts went one way and out of spec parts to trash. Phosphate color should be very close to even color with exception of tempered areas. The AA stamp will be applied after finish.
Also not unusual for former owners to try and "restore" an authentic rebuild by replacing parts put on during rebuild with parts that might have been on pistol when original.
I would be surprised if it was a Government Model (commercial), but rather a Model 1911/1911A1.
