My hands just weren't built for the target grips my Lawman came with. I was ordering a spring kit on ebay when these grips popped up,they were NIB. These feel grate and make the gun easier for me to get a consistent grip on the draw. When I was lookin' for info on em there was none to be found. When were they producing these?

I'm not sure when they stopped but it's been a while.

These originally started out as Roger's Holster Co grips, and at some point that turned into Safariland.
You can occasionally find these on Ebay and the gun auctions, but most seem to be for the Python.

The last time I know for sure they had them was in the 1990 catalog.
They had them in black and some brown for the S&W K & L square butt, K frame round butt, J frame round butt, S&W N frame, Ruger GP-100, Colt Python, and Colt Government Model.
No Colt J, V, or AA frames were listed so that stopped sometime before 1900.

Cool. I just wanted to have an idea of when they became available and if they were available when it was made. I love em' though. They make the gun nice and thin.
