I have a Woodsman with a serial number beginning with a 3 followed by 5 more numbers and then an S. I also have one beginning with a 2 followed by 5 numbers and then a - 5. The 5 could be an S but I don't think so. The first one doesn't have a - before the S but the second one does have a -.I want to sell one of the two. Is there a reason I should keep one over the other?

3xxxxx S is one of the last ones, made in 1976 or 1977.

2xxxxx-S was made between 1962 and 1969. The final character in the SN is an S, not a 5, even though it looks like a 5.

Both are 3rd series. No reason that I am aware of to prefer one over the other.
