I am not seeing earlier New Frontier SAA serial numbers listed here unless I am missing something? Mine is from 1980 S/N 09XXXNF. I think in 2014 the New Frontier SAA went back in production with serial numbers beginning with NF.

My SAA, new in box unfired, 1993 manufacture date $2200, how did I do?

Looks like a 44 WCF with a 5.5" barrel? I think typically one like that sells for around $3K so pretty good.

My 38 WCF built by the Colt Custom Shop in 1995. Nickel plated, 5.5" barrel.

Your SAA was made early in 1994 , I ordered and received mine in May of 1994 S080xxA

Could be. I used the Colt lookup tool and it said 1995.

The dealer cost was $899 to best recollection. Under 1K was my cost

That's pretty good. I paid around $2100 for mine, all fees included in August 2023.

That one has gold medallions in the grips. Mine are silver.

Well l i don't know - what do you think is right? I have many more Colts than you but the only answer is whatever you are comfortarble with.
