Colt has made the new Cobra, new King Cobra , and new Python with the easy swap front sight. Same exact sight works on all three guns too.
I received another Trijicon from Brownells and swapped out the fiber optic on the new KC. Here’s what she looks like.

If Colt ever makes a brass bead replacement available, I think they’d be a hit for the new snake guns.

I searched it at Brownells website. Search Colt Cobra front sight. The picture will show the fiber optic. Click on it as the Trijicions are listed as another option. I just checked and unfortunately they’re on backorder again. Dang. They go pretty quick.

Hello peeps , I got the same sight ( white tritium ) and sent it back didn’t think much of it especially for 73 $ on a snubbie I don’t think it’s much needed & does any body know the Allen wrench size for the front sight ty in advance I bought a .050 and it was a drop small ty again , love the K C coming from a sw 642 also the new sight only improved the visibility in certain conditions

Wilson Combat offers several options for the Colt snake gun front sights now. They send the Allen wrench and extra Allen screw with it too. WC also offers rear sights now too, which are very popular and much better for those not satisfied with the factory rear sight.
Wilson Combat doesn’t give anything away.. they aren’t the cheapest, but they are high quality.

Just for clarification, Trijicon is a manufacturer/brand name. Trijicon does not make this Tritium sight, they are made for Colt by Marbles.

Though they do indeed fit on a Python, they are not the correct height for the Python (a new one is coming, see the new Colt Python Combat Elite).

They actually are .050 wrenches, but unfortunately not all wrenches that tiny (even American made) are spot on. I finally found a good one and have had no trouble since.

Also, the tiny screw head strips out very easily unfortunately, so once an ill fitting wrench is used it can become toast.
How visable is the tritium front sight during the day?
While everone's eyes are different, I pick these up quite well in daylight because of the white outline around the Tritium.
