I recently picked up three boxes of Western Long Ronge .22 WRF HIGH velocity ammo. Well like other Western and WRA ammo it gave poor accuracy in my 1890 Winchester.

Probably because smaller bullet diameter and velocity in its worn bore .

So I have this ammo and wondering if its safe in my 1912 Police Positive?

The ammo was designed in early 1930's

If the Police Positive is chambered in .22 WRF (not LR) you should be perfectly fine to shoot it.

There's been a bit of back and forth of not shooting high pressure in old revolvers vs old revolvers pre-dating our modern system and "standard" pressure back then was a lot closer to our high pressure ammo now. In the end, if it's in good functioning condition, it's unlikely you're going to put any real wear on it.
