I can beat it, as a matter of fact.
I bought an RCBS Rock Chucker in the 1970s. Twenty-odd years later, I called the company to ask whether it's possible to switch the handle to the right side for the sake of my arthritis. No, the lady said, but there's a new handle with a ball on the end, and could she send me one? I asked how much it cost. No charge. There was nothing broken or rusty or lost or misplaced. She just thought the handle with the ball might be easier for the old guy to use.
It's unlikely I'll ever buy another press, but if I do, it'll be an RCBS.
