That's Great Service...I see more companies giving better customer service since the economy was flushed..

 

They have a pretty good store, too. In back is the museum room with the founder's massive gun collection. And you can ask the clerk for probably any reloading component on the planet and he'll walk in back and get it.

 

Most of the reloading tool companies do the same. Competition, I assume.

 

Still.......a gesture that deserves sincere appreciation.

I can beat it, as a matter of fact.

I bought an RCBS Rock Chucker in the 1970s. Twenty-odd years later, I called the company to ask whether it's possible to switch the handle to the right side for the sake of my arthritis. No, the lady said, but there's a new handle with a ball on the end, and could she send me one? I asked how much it cost. No charge. There was nothing broken or rusty or lost or misplaced. She just thought the handle with the ball might be easier for the old guy to use.

It's unlikely I'll ever buy another press, but if I do, it'll be an RCBS.

 

i totally agree...RCBS is top shelf and very consumer oriented!
