I think COLT has made WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY TOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO many commemorate firearms . The only one I would be interested would be the Bat Masterson , Lawman . Nothing against THE DONALD , just do not like commemorative firearms .
I didn't like them either until I read some history books of famous people, history is forever and it's nice to have a good part of it. A Trump gun will forever reflect on the times we are living in. Heard a story but don't know if it's true but as the story goes JFK started the trip to the moon and New Frontier was used in the selling of the trip. Story goes that Colt introduced the New Frontier SAA in honor of what JFK started. Now I don't know if it's true but every time I pick up my NF I think about the story. History is good and the commemorative guns reminds us of where we have come from.

There must be more pimps in Alabama...Neither of those examples are worthy of a President Elect much less a Sitting President...:D

I don't know about that. That could be a commemorative sold through the Bill Clinton Presidential Library, Massage Parlor and Adult Book Store.

What ever you all come up with, please let it not be series 80 and be a "useable" commemorative, perhaps engraved blue with ivories..

I'm in would like to reserve SN 80, as I just achieved that landmark this year!

I think he's already made his first mark, looks like the DJ will hit 20000 by Christmas!
And a belated happy birthday to you.

As long as they keep them to a reasonable cost (See Trump news about "4 Billion dollar Air Farce 1 contract") I'd be in.
That cost savings would easily pay for a Trump .45 for each and every NRA Life Member. Just saying.

OK, how about this. A limited edition Colt .45 auto commemorating the election of Donald J. Trump. I just spoke with Earl Minot at Lew Horton Distributors and they seem receptive to an order of 250 units. My first thought would be a National Match Gold Cup (Trump likes gold) but of course a (nickel?) Government Model would work as well.

Now the bad news. Mr. Minot said if Lew Horton took the order it would require the money up front. I don't know if this is negotiable but I believe between the CCA, Colt Forum and general sales, selling 250 won't be a problem. Thoughts and suggestions are encouraged.

Heck, I bet Trump would buy all 250 for Christmas stocking stuffers!

Even going Colt it's still at least a $250,000 up front,I believe Trump would approve Calbot before he would Colt. Calbot it's at least $750,000 if they would work with you. They know how to cut the fat on these deals. Middle men seem to get lost.
