Hello everyone, I recently inherited a USFA single action revolver and I would like to have an estimate of its value. I have seen a lot of articles on this brand with contradictory information (uberti parts) The revolver is new. serial number 21643. thank you for your help.

Those are good pics of what we need to tell you what you have. you have an early USFA gun. It is definitely Uberti parts made And built between 1997 and 2000. Probably around 1998 Due to your hinged lid /blue and white preprinted label box style . I think by 2000 that USFA and changed to all white labels, and you’re early serial nimber on the gun.
values for USFA vary greatly because buyers and sellers don’t know what they have and buyers don’t know exactly either. Very hard to put an accurate value. I would take into consideration that it’s an early Uberti parts USFA and be worth maybe $1K or less to me. Others and especially gunbroker could bump it up significantly , probably hundreds , because they see USFA on the barrel. That’s a real plus for you.

Thank you for your comment. I notice that the finish of this USFA is clearly superior to that of my Uberti Cattleman made in Italy. This is certainly the know-how of American workers 👍🏻

what USFA was doing back then was getting Uberti parts and putting a nice finish on them. They are good guns but the machining is Uberti of the 1990’s. Good but not as good. USFA gradually moved to making ALL parts in house. they were perfection in fit and finish, but ultimately was the demise as the cost of production was great when they Made everything in house but the grips eventually.

Congrats on an excellent looking USFA "Birds Head" revolver.

I find Uberti makes some fine quality firearms...with these two below under the Cimarron label:

My Uberti 1875 Schofield... shown with African Giraffe Leg Bone stocks chambered in both .45 Schofield & .45 Colt

My Uberti 1875 Remington clone...shown with American Bull Elk Stag Antler stocks...with dual cylinders chambered in .45 Colt & .45 ACP

Jean-Claude, Your Uberti USFA will go around for 1000 upto 1200 sfr. A normal SAA not Birdshead grip might goes a 100 / 150 sfr higher, in that condition.
There are a few Colt SAA 3. Gen / 4. Gen which are on the market for 1600 - 1700 sfr since quite some time and have not found a buyer yet.
So, an Uberti / USFA will not go that high.
A straight Uberti SAA will be used at 500 sfr; new pending on the model starting at 700/800 sfr.

Hello Jean-Claude. I saw 3 of these sell for $1,200 to $1,250 on the "Gunbroker" auction site last year.

Does that mean you can't get more? I dunno. Here is an Italian parts birdshead that is getting $1900 on Gunbroker, but it is a special run from Davidson’s Firearms Corp (member WWYS taught me that!). It is still not the more valuable 100% US make, but it is not the ordinary one you have either... In my humble opinion, they are way overpaying but who knows?
