Currently, it's the worst I've ever seen it. I paid for 3 on August 4th, and still haven't gotten my letters. Starting to really get angry this time.

The order itself is from January. As in the research was done a month and a half ago. I have never had that take longer than 2 weeks after I've paid.

If I don't do the extra cost summary (usually do) I typically wait 4 - 5 months.
